Our Product
Coconut Fiber
Coconut fiber (Coir) is a natural fiber obtained from the extraction of the outer shell of the coconut (coconut husk). This fibrous material can be found between the inner hard shell and outer layer of the coconut. Coir is light weight, due to cavities arising from the drying sieve cells. Its long durability and good strength are due to its high lignin content which reduces the cellulose content in it. It can be used in products such as floor mats, doormats, brushes and mattresses. It's also can be used for planting media. Coconut fiber holds water well and manages it in the same way that peat or vermiculite does.
The best grade Coconut fibers are light in color, gold-yellow (fiber from unripe coconuts) or brown (fiber from ripe coconuts). Other uses of brown coir (made from ripe coconut) are in upholstery padding, sacking, and horticulture. White coir, harvested from unripe coconuts, is used for making finer brushes, string, rope and fishing nets.
Coconut fiber is now one of the coconut by-products with high economic value. Not only that, the world's demand for coconut coir has also increased to be processed into other end products. Therefore, the price of coco fiber is now starting to increase along with its status as a competitive export commodity.

Coconut Charcoal Briquette
Coconut Charcoal Briquettes are compact block charcoal that is made from coconut shell charcoal. Indonesia's briquettes have great export potential. One of the factors is the quality of Indonesian coconut which are considered the best by the international market. They are also an alternative fuel (it is hotter and lasts longer than ordinary charcoal) that is often used for cooking, especially for grilling foodstuffs such as in Europe. In Middle Eastern countries, it is used for shisha pipe cigarettes, while in Asia, such as in South Korea and Japan, coconut charcoal briquettes are used for cooking purposes.
Our charcoal briquette is made of granular coconut shell charcoal that is crushed and molded using a natural binder. We are using tapioca flour as adhesive so the briquettes will not break down easily.
Coconut shell charcoal briquettes from Indonesia can produce more heat than coal or charcoal briquettes from mangroves. In addition, they are also safer, environmentally friendly, because they do not damage plants such as mangroves and do not cause smoke. Moreover, it is related to the very sensitive issue of global warming.
Orsicoco charcoal briquette manufacturer is located in Eastern to Western Java, Indonesia. We only produce charcoal briquette from the best quality local coconut shells without adding any harmful chemicals.

Cocopeat
In farming, not only land that can be relied on as a planting medium. There are other growing media, Cocopeat is one of them. It has a fairly high water absorption capacity and can store more water than what is accommodated in the soil. It is a powder, its presence can be obtained using the first finely ground coconut husk from Indonesia’s best coconut. Cocopeat is included in the hydroponic growing media that is organic, because it is made from coconut fiber powder.
Coconut fiber powder is quite easy to find around the house, so it is not uncommon to see this planting method applied in every home in Indonesia. Because Cocopeat is a powder, its presence can be obtained using the first finely ground coconut husk. One of the benefits of using Cocopeat as a hydroponic growing medium is that it can hold water and has quite a lot of chemical elements.
Cocopeat has a pH between 5.0 to 6.8 so it is very good for the growth of any plant. This hydroponic growing media is usually used first mixed with other ingredients such as roasted husks in a 50:50 ratio whose purpose is none other than to increase aeration in the growing media.
Many benefits can be obtained by using it. Good for use with the ground, or stand alone. Cocopeat is also widely chosen as a substitute for soil.
